[ABOVE] A high-speed bandsawing machine by KASTO specifically for cutting aluminium and light alloys. Band speed of the KASTOtec AM is up to 1,500 m/min, more than three times higher than the 450 m/min provided on the previous A4 and A5 Alu models. ø180 mm- 6082 aluminium can be cut at 1,250 m/min in just 14 seconds to a parallelism of 120 microns.

[LEFT] One of many types of KASTO storage system available. The Unitower C automated vertical system for storing sheet metal as well as other items such as long stock, cut pieces, boxes, drums and pallets. Available up to a height of 7.2m, in 1.2 or 3 tonnes per storage location. The standard, semi-automatic tower has a footprint of 3,450 x 4,150 mm while the automatic version is slightly larger at 4,555 x 4,000 mm
